EXPERIENCE

Roche Vineyard Consulting (RVC) was established in 1993 in response to a need by winegrape growers for a broad range of consulting services. Corky Roche has spent the last two decades managing and consulting winegrape vineyards in three states.

From Vineyard development / management in California, Oregon, and Washington States to consulting with growers in 7 counties of California, his diverse background allows a wide range of experience and expertise to formulate any recommendation to a winegrower. His hands -on real world experience aids in allowing him to work with all aspects of viticulture.

As a founding member of the Central Coast Pierce's Disease Task Force and a current member of the California Pierce's Disease Advisory Task Force, Roche has been a part of the successful program to stop the movement of this pest/disease complex into winegrowing areas of California.

Roche Vineyard Consulting is based in Monterey County, California. RVC is currently involved with the production of over 25 varieties of premium varietal winegrapes on over 5,000 acres. Total experience includes 30 years of farming with 18 years in vineyards. Many years in management gives RVC the ability to step in and not need to go through slow moving channels of communication. RVC is Hands on, Spanish speaking, and has mechanical knowledge which would otherwise cause slow time and delays in efficiency.
